Loaded Crispbread
A busy gals lunch.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Ryvita original crispbreads 
- 1 egg, soft boiled 
- ½ medium avocado, sliced 
- 75g cottage cheese 
- 50g smoked salmon 
- ½ tomato, sliced 
- Handful of parsley, finely diced 
METHOD
- Soft boil the egg. 
- While the egg is cooking prepare your ingredients. 
- Assemble crackers.
