Chia Seeds with Summer Fruit
Creamy, satisfying, and loaded with fiber.
INGREDIENTS
- 250g Anchor plain Protein Plus yoghurt 
- 20g chia seeds 
- 75g blackberries 
- ½ stone fruit 
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup 
- 10g almonds, crushed 
METHOD
- Mix the chia seeds into the yoghurt and set aside to swell. This can be left overnight or made an hour prior to eating. 
- Just before serving top the chia seed mixture with berries, stone fruit, maple syrup, and nuts.
