Banana & Date Smoothie

Smooth, creamy, and packed with fiber. Bonus points - 10g psyllium

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana

  • 250mls light milk

  • 2 dates, soften in 1-2 Tbsp boiling water

  • 15 peanut butter

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 30g protein powder

  • 10g psyllium husk

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender with 3-4 cubes of ice and blend until smooth. Add water to adjust consistency.
