Everyday Yoghurt Bowl

Currently on rotation - mix and match based on what you feel like!

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • 160g Kalo natural high protein yoghurt

  • 30g protein powder

  • Choose one (optional): 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1-2 tsp cocoa, 1/4 tsp powdered ginger, or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings - choose one of each, or mix a couple!

  • Choose one dietary fat: 30g walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, shredded coconut, peanuts, 70-90% dark chocolate, or nut butter.

  • Choose one source of carbohydrate: 120g raspberries, 25g Bran Flakes or Uncle Tobys Cheerios, 60g banana, 100g pineapple, apple, or blueberries

  • 20g Natvia sugar free caramel syrup

METHOD

  1. In a serving bowl, mix the yoghurt, protein powder, and your chosen base flavour.

  2. Top with your chosen fat and carbohydrate.

  3. Drizzle with caramel syrup. Enjoy!
