Eggs n Vogels
Not even really a recipe but still recipe worthy.
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices thin Vogels
4 eggs
½ avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
METHOD
Place a pot of water over medium-high heat and bring to the boil.
In a seperate bowl scoop put the avocado, and season with the lemon juice, salt, & pepper. Mash with a fork.
Once water is boiling, crack in the eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes or to your liking.
Meanwhile place the Vogels into the toast and toast til crispy (sorry, but crispy Vogels is best part).
Once cooked, place toast on a plate, spread the over the mashed avo, and top with the poached eggs.
