Eggs n Vogels

Not even really a recipe but still recipe worthy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices thin Vogels

  • 4 eggs

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Place a pot of water over medium-high heat and bring to the boil.

  2. In a seperate bowl scoop put the avocado, and season with the lemon juice, salt, & pepper. Mash with a fork.

  3. Once water is boiling, crack in the eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes or to your liking.

  4. Meanwhile place the Vogels into the toast and toast til crispy (sorry, but crispy Vogels is best part).

  5. Once cooked, place toast on a plate, spread the over the mashed avo, and top with the poached eggs.
