Protein Charcuterie Dinner
An evening of comfort!
INGREDIENTS
1 serve crispy chicken (Recipe)
100g cottage cheese
100g cucumber mint dip/tzatziki
12 wheaten crackers OR 3 rows rice crackers
70g cheese of choice
80g hummus
200g carrot, cut into sticks sticks
200g celery, cut into sticks
200g pineapple, cubed
METHOD
Prepare chicken as per recipe.
While chicken is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients. To make the protein yogurt dip; mix together the cottage cheese and cucumber mint dip in a bowl.
Once chicken has cooked, slice and assemble the board with all ingredients in your own artistic fashion
