Spiced Beef
Simple and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 300g rump steak 
- ½ tsp salt 
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce 
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce 
- 1 tsp mixed spice 
- ¼ c cornflour 
- 1 Tbsp olive oil 
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds 
- 1/4 c coriander 
METHOD
- Thinly slice beef cutting across the grain of the meat. 
- To a bowl add salt, worcestershire, soy sauce, and mixed spice. Mix to combine and then add beef. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes. 
- Heat a medium pan to a high heat. Add olive oil. Just before cooking take the beef out of the marinade and toss with cornflour. Cook the beef in batches. 
- Serve topped with sesame seeds and coriander. 
Great with rice, in a wrap, on a salad, or simply eat as is!
