Cheese & Rosemary Pizza
A little bit indulgent.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 thin pizza base (such as Pam’s Thin & Crispy) 
- 200g cooked shredded chicken 
- 40g grated parmesan 
- 40g finely grated parmesan 
- 50g fresh mozzarella 
- ½ red onion, sliced 
- 1 sprig of rosemary, leaves removed 
- Pinch of salt 
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Heat the tray at the same time.
2. Add all ingredients to the top of the base.
3. Carefully slide the pizza onto the hot tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
