Everyday Protein Oats

My go to protein oatmeal combo. A guaranteed staple.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50g oats

  • 150mls milk of choice (I’m use light blue)

  • 1 serve vanilla whey protein

  • 20g peanut butter

  • 70g blueberries

  • 35mls sugar free maple syrup

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Place oats, milk and a pinch of salt into a microwave proof bowl. Heat for 1min the remove and stir. Continue cooking in 30sec bouts until oats are creamy. Note: you want the oats slightly on the dry side for when you add the protein.

  2. Once cooked, allow to sit for 2minutes to slightly cool. Then mix through the protein powder.

  3. Finally top with the berries, peanut butter, maple syrup, & cinnamon.
