Banana Caramel Overnight Weet-Bix
Back on the Weet-Bix buzz! Kind of like banana bread, but with over 30g of protein!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Weet-Bix 
- 1 banana, mashed 
- 20g walnuts, crushed 
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 30g protein powder (of your choice) 
- 50-70ml boiled water 
- 300g Anchor Protein Plus natural yoghurt 
- 1 banana, sliced 
- 20g walnuts, pieces 
- 40g Natvia sugar-free caramel sauce 
METHOD
- Break the Weet-Bix into small pieces and add them to a large bowl. 
- Mix through the mashed banana, crushed walnuts, cinnamon, and protein powder. Add the boiling water and mix thoroughly. Divide evenly between two containers and press to form a base. 
- Layer each base with yoghurt, spreading to form another layer. 
- Top with sliced banana, walnut pieces, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 
- Refrigerate overnight or.. at least for 15-minutes before enjoying!
