Apple and Sultana Porridge
Porridge season.
INGREDIENTS
- 80g oats 
- 300ml milk 
- 60g sultanas 
- 1/8 tsp salt 
- 1 apple, grated 
- 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
METHOD
- On the stovetop, mix oats, milk, sultanas, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. 
- Once it has reached a boil, turn down the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. 
- Add grated apple, and if desired, adjust the consistency by adding a dash of milk or water. Allow to cool slightly. 
- Mix through protein powder and cinnamon. Top with sugar free maple syrup and serve.
